To add something little to mr. Mohamad Abou's wonder & nice submission. Sometimes it all depends on the situation at hand & conditions just as the job specifications indicate. Some positions require someone with just working experience while some positions require someone with both working experience & higher education. Therefore i would choose the most suitable candidate by comparing their assessement to the job specificatiins handed down by management. On the hand someone without much experience may be trained & gets exposed in the field thus aquiring experince with time. However there are exceptional cases where someone with less qualifications performs or delivers better than those with higher qualifications. Therefore alot of factors have be analyesed; assessed & considered for the best choice
FOR ME SUCCESS IS HIGHER EDUCATION AND KEY IS WORK EXPERIENCE
That would depend on the field you are in. However, if it is an easy one, just create a qustionare and ask the appliacnts with higher education to answer it, and take from there, But if the feild you are in is more complicated, then experince will be more vauable to you, and you will have to hire the more expreinced applicant, and off course you would be paying them hire than the ones with no, or less experince.
