FEAR IS NOT A PROBLEM BUT RESPECT OF WHOM I AM. IT WILL DO THE MANAGER GOOD IF SUCH ATTITUDE IS EXCERCISED AS IT WILL IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT UNDERSTANDING ABOUT MY PERSONALITY AND BOOST MY MORALE IN ANOTHER HAND

I will always trying to give my 100% level best on my role if my managèr is not fear with me than I should try to get the reason that why and where the manager wasn't satisfy and I will an improve myself as per manager concern.
