YES IT HAPPENS MOSTLY TO TAKE UP THE ISSUES AND RESOLVE AT YOUR OWN END , ISTEAD OF PUTTING EVERY THING ON THE TABLE IN FRONT OF YOUR MANAGEMENT===============  BEING IN MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TO LOOK ALL THE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS OF ANY ISSUE AND MUST RESOLVE IT,,, THATS WHAT YOU ARE PAID FOR & EXPECTED ,,,,,  NATURALLY WHEN THE SITUATION IS GOING OUT OF YOUR CONTROL , YOU MUST TAKE YOUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT IN CONFIDENCE.............. I should be clear and accept any optimistic criticism!

The matters which I can solve and manage, I do not mention to senior management. But matters which needs senior management inputs for sure I make them in notice with the detailed descreption.

There is NO need to hide any information from people who need to know .. regardless who they are Also, there is NO need to give any information to any people who have NO need for this information regardless who they are Information is to be given on need basis to the people who need to know to do their job properly !
