  • Clear objectives and strong \\ flexible plan.
  • You should know to attract external people to join your organization.
  • You have to know how to interviewing candidates.
  • You have to know what is your organization need.
  • You need to train your organization's employees and how to select the right training you need.
  • You have to know how to evaluate and control your employees and daily , weekly , monthly procedures.
