Thanks for the invitation. I don't see this as a good decision. Experience is required in this case otherwise the manager will have a really tough time with his/her team.

Certificates are not the unique merit for hiring .. it is a strong factor but not all factors.

Managing a team requires experience rather than education and certificates only. A team's leader should be able to offer advice, and help all members achieve their required tasks perfectly. Unless the company requires the skills of a manager in a new technology. In this case the top management should offer supervision to the new manager to make up for his lack of managerial experience.

I do not prefer to do so , that will create some kind of conflict inside team and organization .

My opinion is that we can not evaluate a person depending on his education, because a certificate is just a certificate  Most important are the skills, knowledge, strong caracter and ability to handle people.

It depends on the position, the difference in experience and what the objective of the hire is.

Well, the question itself contains the answer. I believe education is just a gateway to success and to be more cultured, to apply yourself practically with the gained knowledge. But what it never does is - self-confidence, people management, patience, being able to understand fellow colleagues or peers. So in my opinion education or certificates never make a good manager or leader, but experience does.

It is a controversal issue can have good and bad impacts  there is a very good chance you’re right, that you are more capable or competent than your team  . But less experience then them might hinders decision making. So i this case Certain manager has to put in extra efforts to gain greater knowledge, and better leadership skills.

No. Confidence matters in field. A teacher have more certificates but he cannot work with his students on field having expperience.

Although, education is very important, but sometimes there are some people who has experience, and they are more brave to make good decisions. Manegament is the place were good decisions must be taken.
