Customer with changing requirements?

A Customer continually submits new requests related to this project, such that they are continually requesting additional work to be included within their project or changing the specifications for previously identified work. The impact of this will significantly affect the success and schedule of the project, and if not addressed quickly could lead to customer dissatisfaction and almost definitely a project budget deficit. Please explain how you would address this?

Every business success is depend upon customer support. Must be need turnover and credit worthiness. The customer requirement is changing we must search required material which he need and follow up the feedback procedure and support the customers most favorable way.

There should be requirement gathering phase which project manager try to help customer to extract all fesible requirements for the project scope & after finalizing it customer should sign off on the project requirement & scope documents in order not to have major changes during implementation.
