Aucun problème. Lui demander de soumettre une demande de changement. Discupter avec lui les tâches supplémentaires. Facturer les ajouts et ajouter une clause dans le contrat concernat les travaux supplémentaires. Discuter avec l'équipe de travail à propos du changement du programme en rémunérant leurs efforts supplémentaires.
