Is teaching a natural skill or acquired skill? How do you view natural skill with acquired skill will make an excellent teacher?

Its a skill which is acquired through training and experience. However there are few individuals who are fifted teacher . Despite their gift they still need some training in order to face challenges of teaching in these modern times.

Teaching is a natural tendency. Mothers and fathers are our first teachers, It is an acquired skill in the sense of specialty. Otherwise, anyone can teach. Proper schooling in education and experience help the teacher become better equipped.  Some people are naturally more fluent and can better communicate than others so that in addition to the skills acquired makes a great mix. This is what I think schools generally look for. 

No doubt some are special in some skills as it comes naturally to them. If teaching ability comes to one naturally he will be an excellent teacher with acquired teaching skills as it comes from training day today practices and experience. Same like how one cannot become an engineer or doctor without training and experience, one cannot be  a good teacher without training, experience and lessons learn in one's career about how to improve the methods to be more productive. Some are naturally talented to teach and make thing easy and understandable by their ability to explain things and to make it more interesting. When natural talent meets with training and experience it will make one an excellent teacher. 

Obviously Teaching is a acquired skill by getting trained on the respective methodologies for levels, etc. what makes a good teacher is the one who loves the teaching job, cause they go beyond teaching thereby students learning interest and real learning will be higher and acquires good knowledge from the teachings of a good teacher. Teaching is a natural skill with needed acquired skills. In short hands teaching is the ability to convey a massage in the simplest  and attractive way.  It's a diamond but needs to work on it to be more polished and shiny

In the teaching process, the teacher plays different roles vary from an instructor to a facilitator. For the sake of learners' knowledge, teacher uses different strategies ana techniques in order to teach learners  the teaching skills and  motivate them  to better acquire the skill smoothly. AS a teacher, we integrate all learners  wether high-achievers or low-achievers and be a guide by the side to encourage learners to learn English in a friendly atmosphere.

Learning Homseg between natural and acquired skills education is either acquired skills , but everyone has the characteristics and the ability to learn more than others , there are several factors, including psychological status and IQ and the surrounding environment and the atmosphere of family orientation and other factors But how to be excellent teacher : 1 Educational background 2 self-confidence 3 in addition to their teaching style atmosphere of fun and jokes 4 Use more than one style of teaching 5 to smile by giving lesson 6 sharing of ideas between the teacher and the learner 7 took a chance five minutes every twenty minutes in order to organize thoughts and focus more

There are people who got the natural way of teaching as their talents and can be further enhanced by more training skills in attending an up to date seminars, in order to incorporate his learned skills towards his talent in teaching. We can't deny that there are people who has got charisma and will be able to attract people according to their teaching abilities. It has been proven that a teacher who can convey his teaching skills in a simplest form for the people to understand is being followed by majority. Therefor making him an excellent teacher.
