Love your work, have passion and patience. 

First and foremost - you must love your work and like your students. This is the basis. Students will feel it and feel react to you better. You have to act out of love, compassion and passion. Patience and a great sense of humor are very vital, too

As a teacher one of the most important abilities is to be familiar to each of you student,take your time to understand your student. Another thing is flexibility,as a teacher your be able to change your strategy,dont be constant with one kind of method when your student get to say she is just like this,teaching gets boring for them. Some other skills are, Be their counselor at all time,sensitivity,love for the job,love for your student,be funny,act crazy atimes,be focus and you are good to go.
