1) basic knowledge of financial accounts 

2) efficiency in vouching 

3) quick learning and problem solving skill 

4) good communication skill

5) capacity to work under pressure(accounts having deadline for closing )

6) he must having presentation and reporting skill 

7) he has to organise his job well ,organisation skill

8) strict follow up mentality of instructions from managers and company policy
