How to do business of export and import with gulf countries from kashmir?

1- we must send email to other co. to make an order that we need to prepare pris list 

2- chose we needed and agrement prices 

3-prepare performa invoice  with all detailes and send us it to prepare LC with bank 

4- preparing invoice + packing list + incurance + certificate of origin + copy from B/L  AND ALL DOUCMENTS WITH STAMPS FORM COMMIRICAL AND EGYPTION EMBASSY IN KASHMER 

5- FOLOWING DOUCMENTS TO SEND FROM BANK TO BANK  

6- WHEN SHIPMENT ARRIVE WE START TO RELEASE IT IN OUR PORT 

Consignee need import license, required documents Original Invoice, Packing List, COO, and BL

To Start of Export and Import with Gulf countries from Kashmir , need to follow the followings :-

1. Company should have the IEC ( Import Export Code) No , to be  issued by DGFT ( Director General of Foreign Trade) .

2. RCMC is required to be issue by concerned authority .

3. Bank AD code is required to file the shipping bill with customs entry point .

4. Cash Credit A/c is required for Forex .

5. Phytosanitary  certificate is mandatory for export to be issued by Ministry of Agriculture of country of origin . 

     Phyto department is also issued the Import permit  with necessary requirement for importation .
