No.  In general one analytical approach is no more or less successful than another, providing they are of broadly equal relevance to the subject.   It depends on what are the questions you are trying to answer.

Hamlet is a very sophisticated play, and any single (or even double) analytical approach is going to yield an incomplete answer. 

Note that this question is not really appropriate for this forum, but I answered because I once studied Hamlet very thoroughly.

When it comes to analysis one can choose any aspect of one's choice in a book. Still covering all possible aspects is considered a perfect analysis. Same is true for Hamlet.

Yes, you are right, though it is also true that we cannot ascribe success or failure in analysis of a fictional work to any particular approach, since every approach opens up a particular vista of themes and significance of the work in question. Moral and psychological approach throws light on the condition of Man in general which, of course, is the aim of depiction of all literary works, whereas the political and historical approach touches the palace intrigues of the times, albeit in a fictional manner, which in a sense gives the reader a sense of the Times of the creation of the work. Both the approaches add up our knowledge; they do not compete with each other.
