I talk with customers politely listening their complains/suggestion carefully and promised to resolves their issues timely and according to their well wishes.

  • Actively listen to the customer and empathize to be able to pick up problematic areas.
  • Emotional intelligence in as far as the different feelings are concern based on tones of voices.
  • Solve the problem the customer is facing and offer alternatives if possible taking into consideration their attitudes.
  • Have the highest level of tolerance for that will help a telemarketer to endure the difficult parts.
