However in other scenery, company can be called company without the employee but you can't called employee without the company. At the same time employee connotes work or task impose by the company based on its dream but the employee can't impose task to the company. Thus, the significance of the company is, it can stand on its name but the employee can't stand its name without the company hence its under the umbrella of the company if will pull out it's no longer call employee, but the company remains as ease.
