Which is more important the company or the employee?

Both, if they walk on the same road.

The fact that the company is the capitalist and the employee is the force support both are important factors that aim for the fulfillment of the vision , mission and goal before to say completely the name" company." However in other scenery, company can be called company without the employee but you can't called employee without the company. At the same time employee connotes work or task impose by the company based on its dream  but the employee can't impose task to the company. Thus, the significance of the company is, it can stand on its name but the employee can't stand  its name without  the company hence its under the umbrella of the company if will pull out it's no longer call employee, but the company remains as ease.

Both, without a company there would be no employee and without an employee there would be no company. A company is an entity. what makes it successful and big are the people be it the CEO or the clerk. 

Both are important becasue it is a dual relation without employees the company can not run the business and without company you can not be hired and get new features and development

He has the money, and both the company and the employee want it.

collective benefit is always more important than individual and collective benefit is company benefit because if company get benefit its benefit of employees because due to company people work together if there is no company no employee will remain

more important is the company

Both are equally important as both have to go side by side.

 In my country always company is more important , but others , they think, is nothing. Now I work more days than in  contract is and noone see problem - of course employee is not important to them.
