What is your plan and preparation before you Opening of the Hotel/Property?

1- Ensure that all departmental SOPs are in place.

2- Licenses are already active.

3- Fire Evacuations Procedures are implemented and training has been carried out with all members of the team.

4- Financial Reporting are already agreed between departments.

5- Guest journey in the hotel is agreed upon and tested.

6- Suppliers Contracts are reviewed and agreed.
