My marketing plan to sell any property is to sell in the positive of it, the qualities that it will the customer will have interest in the property, by saying the positive side of the property, but still would say the negative too, but in a properly manner, so that the customer will think that I am in the between side of it(the property) In that way the customer will understand the positive and negative of it. But even saying the negative of it, I will pursue the customer to buy the property in a proper manner, in which I will give him/her a customer service way that will satisfy him/her for their wants and needs.
