the Avogadro constant (symbols: LNA) is the number of constituent particles, usually atoms or molecules, that are contained in the amount of substance given by one mole   

 Avogadro's constant has the value 6.()× mol−1

 

when you have1 mole of H2O  = g of water   =6. *     molecules

and1 mole of ammoina NH3 = g  =  6. *     molecules   too

Simply it's the number of atoms or molecules in1 mol of the substance. For example1 mole of carbon contains6.*^ carbon atoms. And1 mole of Lysine contains6.*^ Lysine molecules and so on...
