Strict GMP practices in manufacturing helps to reduce contamination. After the procesing an ETO treatment helps to make the product sanitized to near zero bacterial, mould counts. Gama sterilization can also be used to zero the microbial load.

1- heat related : pateurization , UHT ( ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE )

or chemically using different types of food preservatives
