How do I decorate a bedroom that will be shared by twins (brother and sister)?

Childrens rooms should always be themed, colourful & fun. So forget the dull neutral colours & do a theme applicable to both genders. I recommend a "jungle" theme. Colours used for this theme are yellow & green - applicable2 both genders. Animal mural, tree tunk based chest/ottoman. This theme is wildly exciting, it incorporates colours & characters that are universal & the accessories are super fun!

In this case we should keep in mind that each one of them has his own personality. So we are going to create a personal space for each one of them . And use neuter colors like Gray. Grey seemed very suitable color for sleeping. In company of grey color we can play with many combinations and colors in the room. White bedding, black and white basket for storage, Ferm Living striped blanket and wall stickers .

Planing & designing should be in such a way that,with two separate bed and if reqd we can join together to make bed for couple in hotel room.

bedrooms are supposed2 be the most private & comfortable place for any of us .. so designing a2 geneder bedroom must have alot of work  , thinking & talking with both boy and girl2 know how they think and what they want and feel about sharing the room together so that we can make an overview for what is   the most thing needed in designing this specific room ...

in my opinion we can design a partition that can seperate both beds off each other so every one can have his privacy while the other one is in the room if there is much space w can make this partition with book shelves so that every one can save his books or papers seperately of the other one off course we have to think about the storages for clothes 

if there is not much space w can go for designing2 beds over each other with a ladder  or a  specialy designed stairs that can be a book holder

after designing the room w must think about the colors2 satisfy both of the boy and the girl if the is a partition its going to be an easy task to adjust both of them by using a main color for all the room that can satisfy both of them like pale yellow or offwhite or greyish then adding a small amount of pink in the girl"s space and a blue or apple green color in the boy"s partition an use a carpet thet includes all those colors so its going to be a very satisfing and comfortable space for both of them

In this case we should know what is the thing that thay share of games or cartoon character and reflect this in the room decor
