Guys do you think an IT university degree is more valuable than a Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certificate?

I asked this question because im amazed to find out that most of the IT university graduates dont know basic things thats covered in the CCENT level.

No, I don't think. As per me, I'm sure that CISCO certificates like CCNA, CCNP and CCIE is more valuable than university certificate and some companies said if you didn't have CISCO certificates "at least CCNA", we can't hire you.
