Dear my friend ,

you are asking a very interesting question that everyone seeks its answer , since no one answered so far i will give you an idea

first of all you need to remove your question and also change your profile photo , do not get me wrong please but i am telling you what an employer wont , if you want to get a job you need to get serious about it , your profile photo is good for social media not for job portals.

for the good steps getting noticed , you need to provide more details in your CV like details about the tasks you do and things you are good at with device models and technology names , stress on your strongest skills they are like keywords to be seen by the search engine

you also need to expand your search , ofcourse its a big effort to do but we all need to , register yourself every relevant online job portal you find , make a network on Linkedin , make yourself active on these portal so the system can point you out most portals order users by how active they are .

reach out to companies in your country by email and career page submission in their websites , Pakistan has high demand on IT but ofcourse low salaries

if you seek accelerated career and higher pay then you need to move out Pakistan if you can , ofcourse the global jobs market is not fair , you and me (Egypt) will never be treated like Americans and Europeans so we have to make compromises like seeking out other countries that we have higher chances like African countries (Nigeria ,South Africa ...etc) or the gulf countries UAE , KSA etc,, also the far east is getting active like Malaysia and Singapore.

just make sure to ask for reasonable salary not too high to make a start.

i hope my answer shed some light and i do not mean to offend you in any form i am letting you know the facts its cruel world out there
