Yes it obviously helpful for the newly recruited employee because from this idea/orientation the new comers know about the work and got satisfication from the owner/manager of the firm/company.
In this way in employee a spirit appear for doing work with pleasant and joyful mind.

It is helpful to have: 1.
A procedures manual or some kind of documentation which gives an overview of the team and what tasks are be to done and instructions on how to do them.
This can save a lot of time and help the new recruit to feel less overwhelmed by all the new information they have to take in.
It is also a useful reference guide and takes pressure off others to tell the new recruit everything as colleagues still have to do their own jobs.
2.
Schedule time for the new recruit to spend time with colleagues with whom they will be closely working.
3.
Schedule time to show new recruit around the company building and how to use office equipment if specific to company.
4.
Schedule introductory meetings with management and senior personnel as appropriate.
5.
Shedule training courses as soon as possible.

Orienting a new employee is a task that should always be done. It would help if the new employee would be oriented before his orr her first day at work. This would help the employee understant the aims of the company. The target goals ang aspirations of the company. The workplace environment. It will give the employee an insight on how the coworkers do their job. The employee would also be introduced to the senior management team and this would give the employee that feeling of belonging into the company.
