Experienced employees are easier to hire due to demonstrated competencies, requires less training and in many cases brings with them priceless experience & knowledge. Furthermore, it takes a while for younger employee to fully understand gravity of work situation whereas, experience one makes a serious commitment in a short while. Companies require individuals with higher adaptability and self-motivation, which comes with experiencing change and going through difficult situations.

Having said that, hiring fresh graduate or younger employee has its own benefits such as they can easily be mold into the culture, requires less salaries and are more technology savvy!
