Is there any rules organizing the upgrading of career level, when the employee achieve high degree or high study certificate graduation in his job as encouragement and incintives?
It depends on the policy of the organization, I have seen some organization saying that even if you get a higher degree, this will not change your current status, and I have seen some organization encouraging their employees either with better pay or a better position. It all depends on the organization's culture.
