For me, it will have to be writing. Writing is a long process that involves a seemingly endless pool of ideas that have full control over you. When writing, in my case, I have to create a framework or a skeleton fro the entire story, I have to make sure that all the events in the beginning, middle and end are chronologically connected and that the decisions leading up to those events are true to not only my views but the characters as well.

Another aspect of it is the observation and fan work involved, to character a character you have to base them on someone or something, like an attribute of a person and what's more it has to be an appealing character to the readers as well, but most of all the characters have to be something familiar and consistent and I believe that many writers have encountered problems, where they imagine a character doing something that normally and truthfully they would never do. The temptation to include that piece of random information is,......well ridiculously strong .

As enjoyable as writing is, it is the ultimate battle of wills between yourself and the undiscovered people living in your mind, each with a story to tell, with both parties coming out as the victors. its one of those things that's hard and sometimes painful but ito stop.dictively amazing
