There is NO such thing as "the best website". It ALL depends on where you are comfortable doing your work at. Let me take myself and my niece, for example: While I am most comfortable working on WordPress, my niece is more at ease with Weebly. I personally don't like the setting in Weebly, and my niece doesn't like WordPress either. In other words, it is up to you. Don't rely on anyone else. You are a unique person with a unique style.

.....I can't recommend any. Interacting with them would tell you which is the best!

There are hundreds of sites that provide facility to publish your work online but every site is not feasible for every work. So one has to select a site that already contains the genre of ones work.

Amazon is the best but still there are many problems. It's an ocean and publishing there means "a drop that's lost". Still one need to spend more to get ones work advertised.

I agree with specialties answers. Thanks.

I don't have any idea for any individual website but, I want to say that you need a site or a platform to get your blog or other written stuff attention from other writers and readers. Your blogs or other stuff should be searchable online. If I want to read about something in which you already involve then I simply search it on net and I will get your blog.

Just like a site you need to publish your work.
