What is the biggest problem would someone face while working in customer service field ?

Objection handling & not able to get to root cause analysis, and of course language barrier

Angry customer and/or Bad Manager

The  biggest  problem can occur  only  whe you know  how  the problem can be  solved and when  have got  limited  resources  to help the  customer . You  will have no words  just to say sorry you  can only ask th  customer  to wait  untill it is resolved which will lead to dissatifaction on customer part

.I think the biggest problem is interact with customers and be patient and respect customers specially who's always angry and want their work done on time

when customer is not intersted .

 

Your own attitude of unwillingness to serve! Means wrong person in right job!

Customer complain, the solution to the complain and language barrier

languages which causes barrier specially when customer is in a hyper

Languages barrier and u dnt know about customer behaviors which things customers like or dislike.
