The Customer Service in Middle East is difficult and required more attention as compared with Europe because in Middle East you have to deal with customers of different cultures and nationalities.

As per my experience, managing Middle Eastern customers requires more intensive engagement with customers. Language issue apart, these customers require more time as they seek to understand the product first before buying. Once they are satisfied with the offering, and one is successful in getting a customer, they tend to be loyal to the brand. When providing support to Middle Eastern customers it is advisable to start from the basic root of problem and then move on to more technical aspects.

European customers carryout research before buying a product and when they face a problem with a product. European customers tend to seek solution of there problem first on internet and when they don't find one, then they contact customer services. So there problems are usually more technical in nature rather then a surface level issue.
