How to present oneself in an interview?
Like many advise to be calm, dress well and be prepared?
What else do we need to take care before attending an interview?
Ok. If you Apply for the position, beyond knowing your job history well, I as a recruiter will be interested if you know where you intend to join, do you know the company and its history well? Do you know the inside culture? Will you feel friendly in? Is that the one you were seeking?
Why? Because, the one applying for the position must be the team member of the company, if it is not, it won't be profitable for the company at all.
Try to find out as much as possible about the person interviwewing you, especially where you might have common interests. This will help to quickly establish rapport, thereby ensuring the interview goes a lot smoother.
