Without relation there is no coexistence, no teamwork, no success! Relation is the foundation of any team, group, family, collective ...... to achieve the goals.

Employees spent most of their day hours in the office most of their days of the week. This must lead to develop some sort of relations between colleagues, and managers.

Healthy relations established and happily engaged employees produce high performance and productivity.

Someone has to be in charge of employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, to track employee performance, and when the morale is high and when it is low. And this would be role of Human Resources Manager.

Recognizing performers, a company can help to make work interesting and rewarding.

Investing in Employee-Relations efforts is investing in the brand.
