Honesty is the best policy.
Ensure that the correct grievance and disciplinary process was followed as per company Code of Conduct and procedure.
In SA an employee can take the employer to the CCMA which can result in a formal court case. If proper process wasn't followed and anything negatively said that had no foundation - the employee laughs all the way to the bank.

الواجب احترام الموظف حتي و ان اخطاء و يجب الابتعاد عن الشتم و تقليل من مجهوده طيلة مدة عمله و ابقاء باب العودة للعمل مفتوح في صورة حدوث طارئ و هنا خبرة الموظفين القدمي و ان كانو قليلي الحنكة قد يكونون ذو فائدة و من ناحية اخري كسب الموظف المقال ان يظل في الحياد و ان لا يفشي اسرار الشركة للمنافسين
