So many and if we read the biographies of successful leader they all have failures in life and they learned from them. I have learned from my initial interviews for job and non-preparation, during studies lack of presentation skills and ability to handle tough questions. Those tough time made me a tough person and i am proud to learn from those mistakes. I believe that failure is good thing, if taken seriously and being optimists learn from them! so what was your failure?
