PMP

if you have4 years of experience you can go for PMP.
And even if you want more challenge, I suggest you to go for CCP (formerly known as CCC/CCE certification).

Hi Neeraj, to answer your question, CAPM would provide you with the fundamentals for project management, but does not qualify you to become a project manager, it would be a good step to start as a projects engineer or project coordinator

A Project Managment qualification (some universities now has it as a subject).
Prince2, PMBOK etc.

Hey Erika...thanks for your reply...that being said would an entry level certification from PMI (Project Mgmt Institute) qualify for the same?i mean Certified Associate in Proj Mgmt (CAPM)??
