Actually certification is not the key to success. You need to learn the skill through personal interaction and hard working.

I advise you to look for a domain that is consistent with your abilities and talents as well as its biggest benefit to your community.

In finance, risk management is considred, "The process of analysing and identifying the ways to mitigate the risks in an investment decision".

CAPM, PMP, PRINCE 2, RegPM

I recommend CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager) from PMI. After that, when you earned at least "5" years experience in Project Management, you can continue your success by earning a PMP.

Without getting experience it's useless for project management certification try to get on hands experience.
