Which is the more Important factor while changing the job. Better Salary or Better Designation/Job Profile?

according to me both of them are on the same level , becouse i want to get good salery which allow me a comfortable life and good designation to allow me to acheive my goals and make me feel valuable .

All are important- First Designation-2nd- profile and3rd is slaray

it purely on the individual, but if an organization understand the motive of the candidate is money driven the chances of getting selected would be less. 

 

 

Appropriate designation

It depends on people.
If one values desgnation then it is important

Both are important ..If one chooses good salary and a lesser designation where there is no work satisfaction.. then believe me there would be no peace of mind..and with all those money too one would be unhappy..
