What's most important to you the quality of job, or salary??

First of all quality of job is most important for me and than salary. No matter how large or figures is the salary, poor quality job cannot keep you focused and motivated. 

It depends on how big is the difference in salaries...

If the difference in salaries is small then a "quality-job" is more preferred. 

(Bigger differences in salaries is tempting anyway..)

The quality of job as well as the salary are very important

The both are important, But Quality of job is the first, and Salary in second number

Good quality work = good salary

Bad quality of work = bad salary 

What you want to get from a job is not just money, its respect, proper work time and future growth so for be if go for a good quality job automatically you will feel  it balances other aspects.

Their is a relation between Quality and Salary, as part of job quality is the salary, although Quality comes first 

They are both are important and perfectly correlated. Finding what suits you better with the right amount of pay, creates satifaction and long term loyalty. Successful organisations having low turnover understands the correlation aspect and treat their employees accordingly.

Both are very important. To motivate the person to work hard

A balance of both is required. But I have no doubt in my mind that JOB satisfaction is definetly more important because it keeps you motivated, once you're motivated, you perform better and at the same time you grow. Salary on the other hand is something that we negotiate to the company.

The quality of work first and it will lead to good salary.

In my opinon, the job satisfaction is frist,as well as I wish my salary will also be apt to my work.
