The MENA area is still Masculine.From my My perspective the reason of that:The education from family and environment side by side with the responsibility laid on The man in most countries like .it's not contrasts it's a result of the above.Also there is a fear element blocking women from demanding their rights, and raising over this issue.And the goverments still looking to the Feminin as a women rather than a partner.

The dominance is still given to male culture, in some MENA countries women are not allowed to give their husbands, and children their nationality.Following Muslim laws men are allowed to marry more than one women which is often used in an abusive way towards his first wife.

Many employers prefer employing men considering that women are more distracted by their families..etc.
