These policies vary under different atmosphere and cultural phenomenon. So it is the duty of the manager to act as per the social environment and deal tactfully. This is a technical job and requires to be dealt politically. Manager should have to understand and observe the internal as well external situations. All decisions should have to be made as per the directives of the superior staff and policy makers.

That’s because an organization’s culture comprises an interlocking set of goals, roles, processes, values, communications practices, attitudes and assumptions.
