What is more important while speaking English; a) accent, b) grammar?

The basic foundation of any language is it's grammar. If you are wrong grammatically, the very purpose of language i.e communication, is affected.

While speaking accent... but writing grammar.. 

Grammar is important so that people would understand the thought of what you are saying. On the other hand, accent is very important. A good and clear accent plus good grammar will bring out the best understanding while in a conversation with people.

I think accent because almost one third of the world population speak fluently and even make poem though they can not right even one letter!

I think accent because people are listing to you should take care about your pronunciation but when writing the grammar will be so important
