Why are native speakers of English always preferred in Arabian Gulf than others, though others may be better ?

I may speak English pretty good and have certified as a teacher of English but no one can claim that I am an expertise till I have been checked by supervisors. So why should we always judge others by being natives or not to say that they are better?

Native speakers have the accent with perfect pronunciation and usage of idiomatics that make them real natives. English is their mother tongue and we trust natives that they can teach effectively and accurately. Though teaching should be a job for all qualifed teachers regardless of race and color, it has become a culture and a fad to most countries (that don't speak the language much) to hire native speakers to have that accent and confidence like a native speaker.

Obviously, the answer of Miss Ghada is so acknowledgeable because she knows what she is speaking about and I really appreciate her answer. But do you really think and here I ask Miss Ghada, it is worthy to ask such questions since there are no sponsors or evaluators for such matter. According to some, what really matter is to search about trifle questions to say that I know more or here is my ego. Native speaker has become an  Oedipus complex in somehow.

I totally think this is a negative point in all Arabian countries as they always rely on hiring natives when there may be another who is a native like speaker. Why not just make interviews and check the English level myself instead of closing the door by asking for a native speaker. In my opinion, they have to reconsider this when hiring for positions that need language skills.

simpely because of mother language from the born he live in english people suround him environment english is the language of technology also international language the powerful is united state language is english without forget great britain the difference is only the accent because they give more important to the language grammar and whithout forgeting arab the language of coran
