GETTING FIVE DIAMONDS ON BAYT.COM IS IT A FINALITY ?
This is a good question ... I also think many believe they have achieved a goal or found a job that they do not want to peripatetic in answering more questions to the field of their expertise...
I personally think Bayt.com should show the diamonds and give us additional fields to keep people interested
Only when a candidate is seriously looking out for a job then they sincerely participate. otherwise they first of all will not have much time to concentrate on this site. their priorities are different if they have a good job in hand. This is what i think from my point of view. I might be wrong too.

Even tho I found a job (not thru Bayt) I still chose to participate, hopefully Ill get diamond rank but I don't think I will stop participating on Bayt. It truly has become one of the learning sources and something I can always refer to if I am stuck and need help on a particular task.
Maybe those diamond ranking individuals should be invited to answer questions?
Good question and only for me to speculate:
If you have reach the limit there is no more challenge
I have seen comments where diamond ranked people have complaints about re-ranking questions
Its possible they finally have a job
they loose interest because they don't get answers

To reach the destination quickly, a little bit domination always expected. everyone will encourage and support at that point. Taking a lead to even higher levels, our own efforts are essential, i believe questions and answers require more serious. During the first week of January i used to get questions in my e mail to answer more than50 to 60 questions a day and around90 % not related to my recently selected specialties, so I could reply them only a few, but with equal preference to all. due to some external priorities also I could not involve in full.
last week i have5 more (reserve) specialties ranked diamond forming altogether10. I prefer, instead of a competition NATURE, it would be better to follow another specialties fields, so that I can more connect to other friends also in the forum and get shared information from new friends. Anyway I assure i will continue to be active with this forum not less than2 hours per day on an average.
I enjoyed considerable support from all of you and benefited by it, the same i will reciprocate and extend to all of the participants, and remain very thankful to all.

I agree with all answers given by experts.
1. Demotivated.
2. Rank does not give any opportunity from bayt as Learning & Development opportunity.
3. Job opportunities are very shrinkage.
