I fail to understand the context of this particular statement. Anyways, i have two answers with me as of now which vary because the ambiguity of context here.
If the question is about the rich content editor, you can use the content selector to insert and upload course images in the rich content editor.
If the question is about improving the content while proof reading, i would like to say that making the passages read-friendly would help. Also mistakes in grammar and editing are a turn off. Making the content interesting would obviously make it rich.
