I am also choosing D All of the Above

Reaming- taking material out of a hole this can be done on a drill press, however a milling or lathe would be a much better machine to accomplish the job

Countersink - to make screws flush or below surface of part -also done with a drill press, if a part is already set up in a milling machine I would continue finishing the the job on that machine

Spot Facing - A spot face or spot face is a machined feature in which a certain region of the work piece (a spot) is faced, providing a smooth, flat, accurately located surface. - it can be done with a drill press, but more likely done with a milling machine

Thread Tapping -to cut treads for screws - can be used in a drill press it also can be done on a milling machine or done by hand (accurate actions needed to keep the bit in a90 degree angel)... yes it is nice to cut one or two holes per hand ... but not practical for a tool and die to cut10 or more hands per hand, it is very time consuming and time is money!

A, B and C, , Thread tapping is theoretical possible and is done with machinery's for large diameters, but by hand you have more feeling with what you do, and it isn't hard wit a sharp tapper
