The current labour laws are there for the protection of the employees and as such must be adhered to, as they also protect the employer as well. In this day and age of litigation and the blame culture, we all need to follow laid down laws, as failure to do so can have severe consequencies and finacial penalties.  These laws can affect my performance, but they are there for a reason, writen by highly intelligent people with input from a variety of sources.

Law is staute and must be followed

There is never anything of this kind, but we see that it is necessary to study the labor law or broadcast as a culture of institutions and companies so that a large number of workers can know the foundations and controls of work between institutions, companies and individuals

I dont think sow. Because of many reason . one of them there is no criteria to deal with every persons as one . it doesn't deferent where you work , if you have the same job you must have the same salary. this is fair for me .

Labor practices gave a centrally important impact on the performance of the workforce in a country, but it is often difficult to attribute these practices solely to labor laws. In the United States, much of the workforce is over-educated relative to the daily job requirements of the workplace. And the dehumanizing status quo of the American business environment leaves many people feeling disaffected and uninterested in their work. Legislative attempts to correct this are problematic, however, as they may introduce even more formalism and bureaucracy into people's work lives. Thus, some employees may be able to take a leave of absence to be with their new child, for example, but others may have to fill out medical paperwork to take care of their sick child, where this was unnecessary in the past. The feeling of dehumanization, then, may persist, along with the dissatisfaction with working life.
