Before starting your search you have to start from inside, your own company, you will need:

1- to have to have a your job descriptions, job specifications...etc. in place fully documented and tracked

2- Based on the previous point, you will start focusing on the needed KSA,          Knowledge+Skills+Aptitude/Attitude, and experience ready in place.

3- As highlighted earlier, your compensation & benefits system is in place and competes the market      scale, this can be done through surveys.

Afterwards, you start your recruitment process, as mentioned earlier, you have many channels to get what you want.

 

Always remembers, you new hire chooses you before you chose him. Best of luck.

Some companies now days  are looking for the best and offering them the least attractive salaries.

if you want great leaders with success potential  pay well,they will deliver excellence and bring your organization to realize success.

You have to be honest with the candidates from the beginning of the road. This means starting from the job ad mentioned in newspapers and websites to the job description.

Many companies try to attract as much candidates through vague or false ads and then things appear to be different.

Actually the higher salaries you pay the higher the caliber of employees will apply. You cannot like present the minimum wage and expect a top of the class candidate to apply.

Moreover, you should show the candidates that their future is secure and that they are not wasting their time.
