A good boss is an inspiring mentor, one who leads by example, a mover, and is good with people. The opposite is one who leads only by power, one who is concerned only of profit, and one who shows no interest in the welfare of people.
BOSS ................. I HATE THEM IN BOTH WAYS,,, GOOD OR BAD ,,,, BOSS IS THE MAN WHO DICTATES YOU TO DO THE JOB.......... I LIKE PEOPLE WHO SHOW YOU HOW TO DO THE JOB,,, HOW TO WORK SMARTLY ,, HOW TO MOVE & GROW.............. BOSS IS NOT THE FUTURE OF FAST CHANGING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.......THIS MAN WILL NOT EXIST TILL2020,,,,
It's the same as "good husband" and "bad husband". When you have to spend a great deal of time in the office it's crucial to have a nice an polite personality to work with. It's essential and the basis of the professional relationship.
Some of us are lucky enough to have worked for someone that inspired us and made us more motivated and productive than we thought possible. Regrettably, most of us would agree that the opposite occurs much more often.
The good boss knows how to inspire. When the going gets tough the good boss will know how to react to get things done and motivate his people.
The bad boss will pass all pressure on to his people unfiltered. The bad boss will blame his people for letting things getting tough. The bad boss will simply command. If you don’t understand, he will tell you how stupid you are
A boss can be 'Good" or "Bad" but from the opposite point of view. Actually both are same to a certain extent. A good boss to one and all is a rare phinomina.
A boss which is good with you is good and the one who is not behaving good is bad boss not only for you but for the majority staff of the company. Every boss consider himself as a good boss but actually it depends on his work style, experiance, behaviour and approch to solve work problems. But if we look from the company staff point of view then what I write in the first line is the definition of good or bad boss. Thanks for reading.

A Good boss:. You benefit from, you learn and improve and mostly, you trust..
A Bad boss: You do not trust, incompetent and is erratic.
A good boss inspires you to achieve your personal goals, adds value to your knowledge while doing your daily work.
A bad boss only gets you to complete your daily chores without adding value.
Good boss is one who would create abundant opportunities for others to learn.
