Why female candidate get good remuneration and better job as compare to male candidate?

the most obvious reason is due to gender mainstreaming(gender balance ) the second reason is due to the affirmative action put in place by the government in order to attain the constitution requirements.

Because the qualification needed at female aren't existed in males.

No need of seeing things from that point of view. 

I think, not think but I am sure that employers select  their candidates by other qualities they posess, but not gender !
