Being honest i sthe best trend then and this can be solved by taking sometime to get back to whomsoever responsible or if you are the responsible them take some time to conclude the best possible answer
these events occure when the query is not clear for both of parties.i say to the client, your query needs mutual brainstorming to get a clear result which is acceptable for both of us. then we review the query from the beginning point step by step and find which issues are not clear enough.
