Right-click somewhere on the empty space on your desktopIn the right-click menu, click or tap View. The first three options you'll get are Large icons, Medium icons, and Small icons. Click or tap on the size you want, and your desktop icons are changed accordingly.
In windows 7, Ctrl +scroll up or down to make desktop icons small or large.
